\u00abLos \u00f3rganos de la Administraci\u00f3n del Estado deber\u00e1n establecer consejos de la sociedad civil, de car\u00e1cter consultivo, que estar\u00e1n conformados de manera diversa, representativa y pluralista por integrantes de asociaciones sin fines de lucro que tengan relaci\u00f3n con la competencia del \u00f3rgano respectivo\u201d. Art. 7x, Ley N\u00b0 20.500 sobre Asociaciones y Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana.<\/span>\n \n
\n <\/span>Este primer consejo con una duraci\u00f3n de dos a\u00f1os, estuvo conformado por cinco miembros representantes de la sociedad civil, adem\u00e1s de dos representantes de la instituci\u00f3n, debiendo conformarse , seg\u00fan su reglamento, con a lo menos un presidente(a), un(a) secretario(a) ejecutivo(a) y un(a) secretario(a) de actas. La presidencia deber\u00e1 recaer, siempre, en un(a) representante de organizaciones sin fines de lucro.<\/span><\/h5>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
