PROGRAMA LA NI\u00d1EZ Y ADOLESCENCIA SE DEFIENDEN (NAD)<\/h3>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

El Programa tiene como objetivo garantizar el Acceso a la Justicia de ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes (NNA), en casos en los que se requiera un abogado o abogada especializada y aut\u00f3noma, esto es, profesionales que se dediquen a defender\n los derechos \u00fanicamente de NNA, a fin de asegurar su comparecencia y participaci\u00f3n en las decisiones que les afectan como sujetos de derecho, en el marco del debido proceso y desde una perspectiva centrada en los derechos humanos\n de los NNA.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 hace el Programa?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Asumir la curadur\u00eda ad litem de los ni\u00f1os,ni\u00f1as y adolescentes (NNA). <\/li>\n
  • Atender a las necesidades jur\u00eddicas de los NNA.<\/li>\n
  • Ejercer acciones y defensas de los NNA en los asuntos en que han sido designados como curado ad litem.<\/li>\n
  • Velar por el reconocimiento de sus representados como sujetos de derecho.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

    \u00bfA qui\u00e9nes atienden?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes sujetos a una medida de protecci\u00f3n de mediana o leve complejidad<\/span><\/li>\n
    •  Ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes involucrados en causas de adopci\u00f3n que implique una regularizaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n
    • Ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes por cambios de sexo registral.<\/li>\n
    • Ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes que sean parte de una causa contenciosa que afecte sus intereses.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n
